Why are we focusing on the Rinnai Way and why now?
We are market leaders with our quality products, great people, and customer service that is second to none. However, we know there are big changes coming for our industry, and we need to remain innovative and adaptable to continue serving our rapidly changing consumer market. To remain as market leaders we need to be proactive and responsive in order to achieve our strategy; and this requires everyone to do their bit to make sure the boat goes faster.
'We don’t rise to the level of our ambition, we fall to the level of our systems' - The Rinnai Way is how we make lean sustainable across our organisation.
What are the benefits of making The Rinnai Way the way we do things around here?
We align the business’ limited capacity and resources around activities that matter most
We are clear on what we should be working on and what outcomes are expected (the definition of done)
We continuously improve by taking an agile and experimental approach to reduce risk and build critical knowledge fast

What's an example of Continuous Improvement Rinnai?
In order to make the boat go faster we need to identify issues experienced while 'working in the business' and step back to 'work on the business' and solve problems at their root cause and make time for improvement activities.

We have experience using a range of problem solving methods, from foundational lean tools like 5S through to innovation and digital design methods.

We encourage you to take a read of a previous operational excellence project to reduce pricing credits
